MOJO BROOKZZ STEPS IN TO FURNISH CHICAGO MOTHER’S NEW HOME AFTER SHOCKING BREAK IN

A disturbing incident on the South Side of Chicago has left a local mother shaken and searching for a fresh start after returning home to find strangers inside her apartment.

According to reports, Yanicee Miles walked into her residence only to discover three unknown individuals inside, one of them allegedly in her bed. Authorities later arrested two of the suspects on trespassing charges, but the emotional impact of the situation has been far more difficult to process.

Miles shared that this was not the first sign something was wrong. She claims there had been prior indications of a break-in that were reported but ultimately ignored, raising serious concerns about the building’s security and how management handled the warnings. The incident has since sparked conversation in the community about tenant safety and accountability.

Now traumatized and no longer feeling safe in her own home, Miles has made the decision to relocate.

Amid the hardship, support came from an unexpected source. Chicago comedian and actor Dyon Brooks, widely known as Mojo Brookzz, stepped in to help Miles furnish a new home after learning about her situation. In a statement, he shared, “When I heard her story, it hit me that she’s a mother just trying to take care of her kids. I’m from Chicago, and this city has supported me in so many ways. It was only right for me to give back and help her get a fresh start. Nobody should have to go through that and then start over with nothing.”

Miles said the support made a meaningful difference during one of the most difficult times in her life.
