PENNSYLVANIA MAN ATTEMPTS TO SHOOT PASTOR DURING LIVESTREAM SERVICE, GUN JAMS UP

This past Sunday, God was on Pastor Glenn Germany’s side after a gunman attempted to shoot him during his service at Jesus’ Dwelling Place Church in PA.

The church live-streams its services and captured the moment that 26-year-old Bernard Junior Polite, pulled out a gun and aimed it directly at Pastor Germany, luckily the gun had jammed up giving the cameramen the ability to tackle him and hold him until the police arrived on the scene.

According to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4, Following the arrest, Allegheny County authorities said investigators went to the suspect’s home and found the body of a 56-year-old man who had been fatally shot, which we find out is a relative to Bernard.

According to the criminal complaint, Polite confessed to police that he tried to shoot Germany because, “God told him to do it,” and that he wanted to go to jail to clear his mind.
