FLORIDA OFFICERS SEEN ON VIDEO TASING AND PUNCHING BLACK TEEN DURING ARREST

Video shows Florida Police beating and tasing a 16 year old after he rwere called to a Memorial Day pool party on Monday and the teen was told to leave for trespassing. That encounter escalated to where the officers were punching and tasing him in front of others.

Shortly after being told he was trespassing, the teen then exited the pool and began to gather up his personal belongings. Officers repeatedly instructed him to exit the property or he would be arrested, according to the affidavit, but the teen did not leave. McKee said the teenager stuck his hand into the officer’s face declaring “I don’t have to talk to you,” according to his affidavit.

A bystander that recorded the video posted it on Facebook and it instantly went viral, which is how it came to the light.

The teen was taken to a hospital for medical evaluation before being transported to the Juvenile Assessment Center.

He faces charges of trespass, failure to leave property, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer with violence.

Some viewers are accusing the police of using excessive force while others claim the suspect should have complied.
