Kirsten Rhea Taylor, 28, was caught on camera punching, slamming, and spinning dogs by their necks while working at Classy Critters Pet Resort & Spa. The footage, secretly recorded by a coworker, quickly went viral — drawing widespread backlash.
She was arrested on July 23 and charged with four felony counts of animal cruelty. Taylor has since been fired, and the facility has vowed to strengthen oversight and staff training.
