LIL JON WINS 3RD PLACE IN HIS FIRST BODYBUILDING COMPETITION IN LA

Lil Jon, best known for his larger-than-life energy and Grammy-winning hits, just proved he’s more than a music icon. The 54-year-old rapper stunned fans on September 1 when he stepped onto the stage at the 2025 Muscle Beach Championship in Los Angeles—and walked away with a third-place medal in the Men’s Physique Master’s Over 45 category.

For his first-ever fitness competition, the result was nothing short of impressive. His trainer, Jay Galvin, shared that Lil Jon literally hopped off a plane and straight into the event, proving his dedication and drive.

“This has been a lot physically—just in the gym, dedication, eating, focus,” Lil Jon told reporters. “I’m winning just by being here and changing my lifestyle, mentally and physically.”

The accomplishment is the latest milestone in his wellness journey. Over the past year, Lil Jon has openly shared his fitness transformation, including workout routines and his shift to healthier living. In February 2024, he even released a 10-track guided meditation album, blending his love for music with a focus on mindfulness.

What makes this moment even more powerful is the message behind it. Lil Jon hopes his story inspires others who may feel they don’t have time to focus on their health. His transformation shows that with commitment and consistency, it’s never too late to start.
