An anonymous parent is speaking out after a disturbing encounter inside the WSS Shoes store in Stockton, California, while shopping with her children.
According to the a video that the parent posted, she noticed a man inside the store repeatedly making eye contact and circling nearby aisles, behavior that immediately raised concern. Surveillance footage later reviewed by store security reportedly showed the man lingering near the family for an extended period.
Moments later, the individual allegedly approached the parent from behind and intentionally bumped into them, briefly saying “excuse me, sorry,” before quickly leaving the area.
Store security at the Stockton WSS Shoes location was alerted, and surveillance footage was reviewed following the incident. While no physical harm was reported, the encounter left the parent shaken and concerned for their child’s safety.
