Although he is permitted to return to making music, Judge Whitker said that there are special conditions that apply while he is at home. He cannot be in Atlanta for 10 years, except for funerals, weddings, and special medical emergencies involving immediate family members.

The first 7.5 years of probation require reporting, while the second 7.5 years are non-reporting. He is not to associate with known gang members, except for his biological brother and Gunna, due to their collaboration in music.
